To rent a bike from Ridezy, you’ll need a valid driving license and Aadhar card. International riders need an international driving permit, passport, and valid visa.
Is there any upfront payment or security deposit?
No! Ridezy requires no upfront payment or deposit. You only pay for your selected plan — no hidden fees.
Are fuel charges included?
• For EV bikes: There’s zero fuel cost – just charge and ride.
• For non-EV bikes: Fuel is not included in the rental plan and must be borne by the rider.
Is there a penalty for late returns?
Yes, returning the bike after a 30-minute grace period will result in a late return fee. Charges vary by city and plan type.
Can I swap bikes during my subscription?
Absolutely! Based on availability, you can swap your bike during the subscription. Just contact our support team to initiate the request.
Can I book instantly or do I need to visit a store?
You can instantly book your Ridezy bike via our website, WhatsApp, or a phone call. No store visits required.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Our rentals start from as little as 1 day, with options for weekly and monthly plans too.
Can the bike be delivered to my home or office?

Is there a daily kilometer limit?
Yes, every Ridezy bike has a fixed daily kilometer limit based on your plan and city. Extra kilometers will be charged as per the tariff.
